GENERAL INFORMATION :	This is a 63mm ‘A’ Bar made from high quality stainless steel. This A bar helps protect the front of your Peugeot Partner from minor bumps and scratches and looks great when fitted too. The nudge bar also has full EC approval. FAQ'S:	What if it is damaged on delivery? We ask you to fully inspect the item when it arrives. In the unlikely event it is damaged on arrival you must sign for it as "damaged". If it just requires a simple DIY replacement part to fix accept the item once marked "damaged". If it is major damage sign "refused due to damage". We will then either arrange replacement parts if possible, or a new item to be sent to you. Product maintenance: All Mach accessories are made entirely of high quality stainless steel. However proper maintenance is essential to ensure your product retains its high quality. It is also advised to clean the surface of the A-bar with products suitable for stainless steel, using a non abrasive and smooth cloth. Warranty: Mach assure the quality of their items and materials offering a 3 years warranty on all stainless steel products. The warranty does not cover any alteration, improper care, mishandling or improper installation. FITTING INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Fit the I brackets using A,B,C as shown in picture 1. 2. Fit the lower brackets welded to the accessory on I using D,E,F (picture 2). 3. Draw 2 marks in correspondence of the holes located on the upper brackets welded to the accessory. 4. Disassemble the accessory. 5. Drill n.2 Ø 12.8 holes in correspondence of the marks drawed at point 3 (picture 3). 6. Insert G in the hole drilled. 7. Fit the accessory as indicated at point 2. 8. To fit more tightly the accessory fit the upper brackets on G using H,C,B (picture 4). 9. Tighten all the set of bolts.
