FAQ'S:	What if it is damaged on delivery? We will call you to advise your delivery date and we ask you to fully inspect the item when it arrives. In the unlikely event it is damaged on arival you must sign for it as "damaged". If it just requires a simple DIY replacement part to fix accept the item once marked "damaged". If it is major damage sign "refused due to damage". We will then either arrange replacement parts if possible, or a new item to be sent to you. Will I be able to fit the A-bar? All parts required are provided for you and installation is simple. However if you are struggling with DIY fitment then we can fit the A-bar for you at our Hereford premises, or give one of our team at proppa.com a call and we will be happy to talk you through it.
