How can you do them so cheap?

The answers are simple really, to carry enough stock to try and cover customer demands is very difficult as its difficult to predict customer trends and taste such as colours and styles. Carrying this amount of stock obviously has cost implications such as warehousing, racking, insurance, and not to mention the cash tied up in the stock itself. By selling it on a pre-order you remove all the above costs aswell as the risk that the item we have bought into stock may never sell. Removing these risks means that we can obviously work on much lower profit margins this combined with the cost savings means we can offer you incredible savings on the items you want to order.

What happens when I order?

We receive your order online or over the phone and by return you will receive confirmation of your order and advised waiting times via your selected method, phone, email, fax or post. When the item comes into stock you will get a call from us to advise you of this and at which point you can select a suitable delivery date. If your vehicle has still not arrived at the point we call you then you can arrange for us to store the item for you untill you are ready to receive it.

What are the risks?

The thing that most people are concerned about is paying so far in advance because what if we close down or run off with their money. Firstly I would like to stress neither of these things are going to happen but the best way to protect yourself as with any online transaction is to pay on credit card. With all credit card tranasctions you are protected by the card provider against not receiving an item so if the above did ever happen with any company you would always get your money back.

Why do we have to pay in full in advance?

Many of the products we sell are imported and we have to pay for the products in advance the downside of this is that exchange rates vary daily and the only way to guarantee the price you are paying is to pay for it in full as if the exchange rates vary the item could go up in cost and we would be at risk of losing money which obviously is not an option. You are welcome to only pay a deposit to order an item but you will eventually be charged the full product price not the pre-order price.

Does ordering in advance affect my statutory rights, warranty or guarantees?

Ordering in advance does not change your rights as a customer in any way shape or form.

What do I do now?

All you need to do now is browse our website for the products that you are interested in. On the products where the pre-order deal is an option there will be a drop down box that says: When do you want your item. With drop downs that say for example: Pre-Order save £100 wait 4 weeks or Take from stock now + £100 simply select the Pre-order option and add to your shopping cart as normal then you can continue shopping for further items and proceed to checkout as and when required alternatively you can call our product team on 01386 556656
