FAQ'S:	What if it is damaged on delivery? Most of our deliveries are next working day delivery. We ask you to fully inspect the item when it arrives. In the unlikely event it is damaged on arrival you must sign for it as "damaged". If it just requires a simple DIY replacement part to fix accept the roof rack once marked "damaged". If it is major damage sign "Refused due to damage" We will then either arrange replacement parts or a new roof rack to be sent to you. Will I be able to fit it? Yes, It is a simple clamp fit and full instructions are provided. If you are concerned we could fit it for you at our premises in Hereford. If you do struggle during DIY fitment simply give us a call and you can speak to one of our qualified fitters and they will talk you through it.
