FAQ'S:	What if it is damaged on delivery? We ask you to fully inspect the item when it arrives. In the unlikely event it is damaged on arrival you must sign for it as "damaged". If it just requires a simple DIY replacement part to fix accept the item once marked "damaged". If it is major damage sign "refused due to damage". We will then either arrange replacement parts if possible, or a new item to be sent to you.
