What's your job role at PROPPA.COM?

General Dogs Body! I own the place and that means that I do everything from putting the vaccum round to selling to large trade customers. Whatever needs doing Im prepared to roll my sleeves up and do it! My main role is what I enjoy most and thats Sales and Marketing. I really enjoy my work and the team that I have to work with as they are a great bunch of people.

What excites you and motivates you the most?

The most exciting thing is how far we have come in such a short space of time and this inspires me because who knows where we can get too! Last year saw the birth of my baby boy and we are just about to move into a new family home it is my family and my own personal pride that motivates me to succeed.

LINDSEY NEWMAN

First up...what's your job role at PROPPA.COM?

I am the Proppa accountant.

What excites you and motivates you the most?

Proppa is an amazing company to work for! The best office job ive ever had and that is why i drive 83miles a day to get to work and back. I love all the guys at proppa and we have a real laugh as well as working extremely hard. The thing that most excites me is that one day Proppa will be so big I will only have to work 2 days a week woohoo!!

ALAN WHITE

First up...what's your job role at PROPPA.COM?

Main role is postman, process on-line and manual orders get what we have in stock out the door to customers asap. Pretty important role cos if the customer doesn't get it i get it in the neck off everyone! I try to sell as much as possible and quite enjoy this as it helps build the company bigger. Make a great cup of Tea but rarely can be arsed!

What excites you and motivates you the most?

I don't get excited about much, only really things involving motorbike racing and bike riding in general.

MARTIN WHITFIELD

First up...what's your job role at PROPPA.COM?

My main job roll is to deal with sales enquiries and also purchasing stock. when i first started my main job roll was to add products to the website as i didn't want to do sales but now i really enjoy talking to customers and getting them the items they really want. My key focus is always on the customer as I have come from a customer service background.

What excites you and motivates you the most?

The thing that motivates me the most is how quickly we are growing and how proud my manager is of me from how far I have come in such a short time. I really enjoy my job unlike other jobs i have had in the past. Proppa is a great place to work and i am learning more and more everyday taking on new roles which excites me.

GEORGE VENN

First up...what's your job role at PROPPA.COM?

I’ve been working at Proppa for just over three months now and it’s fantastic to be under the Proppa banner. I’m in Admin and Accounts currently as a trainee, I really enjoy working with a great team and theres always more to learn from them and the customers.

What excites you and motivates you the most?

I’m really excited to see Proppa expanding in more then just van and pickup accessories were growing in every aspect we can. Our team here at Proppa are growing too! In both providing a better service for our customers, and also strengthening our experience from sales to admin and post management.

My family and being part of an ambitious, expanding company working with people who genuinely care.

Sales! main role is to deal with trade, although always eager to answer the phone and enjoy talking with customers, supplying them quality products at the right money.

What excites you and motivates you the most?

I've been with Proppa since August 08 and i'm amazed just how quickly we are growing, my motivation is to grow the company to be as big as it can be.
